Re: Cog Wafer / Body Pistol
Can Cognition Wafer be played on a :crew with Body Pistol to increase the :combat- to :combat+? And if that's valid, what happens if the :crew looses the Body Pistol? It's so funny you mention this, I was just adding it to the discussion log last night for things to go over internally. Right now as...

Re: Any plans for a Tabletop Simulator or VASSAL Module?
It's not always easy to find a local face to face game, and was wondering if there are any plans to create a digital product to support remote play? I own quite a number of tabletop board games, and most of those games offer a module on one of the more popular tabletop digital platforms such as Tab...

Re: Invulnerability to Crew, Gear and Heroics
If a :crew card has the text: Invulnerable to crew abilities , would that invulnerability extend to :gear attached to a :crew trying to affect the invulnerable :crew? Two examples come to mind. First, an attacker has an attached Body Pistol which grants the crew ability :combat- and allows the atta...

Re: Initiative question
If two (or all) ships have the same :initiative, how do we determine who has initiative? I thought (imagined?) that I read something about this, but now I can't find it. Would it be appropriate to compare :jump, or should we just roll dice? If :initiative scores are tied, determine initiative rando...

Re: Alien Quarter Market
:exert a Non-Human :crew is a cost as it comes immediately before the colon (rulebook, page 4). You can only pay costs with cards you control (pages 2 and 4). To a certain extent though, costs are one area we're going to look to clarify/improve in the rulebook, as a few concepts are either assumed t...

Re: Deck Building Difficulties
I now have a custom deck and can't wait to test it out. Unfortunately, it required some cards from all my 4 pre-constructed decks so I don't have a second deck at the moment to "test" with. Hmmm...okay, I also need a second custom deck. ...thinking... I understand if you are keeping the exact conte...

Re: Deck Building Difficulties
I was thinking of just pairing up the Broadsword with the "Trouble on the Mains", and drop in one of the Merchant ship adventure Decks to see how that would go. Probably explode. The tuning would be to remove the anti-piracy cards in Trouble, and add in a couple of cards (which ones , I have no ide...

Re: Staring an "official" event
Could a repeatable event be added to the calendar? Would a separate instance need to be added each time it occurs? We currently have a cheaper version of the calendar plug in, which doesn't let us set repeatable events. I'll look to upgrade at some point in the future, but for now I'll just have to...
