Re: Ricky Royal's Traveller CCG Video Review
Very good. I'm typically not a fan of these kinds of videos, I find that many of the them the guy/gal spends most to the time pontificating about themselves or other crap and little time really playing the game. This one was spot on. Got right into the play and let that show the game, very little ti...

Re: Gaming in 2020
Even after this current :complication is done, when ever that will be, I'll still be playing solo most of the time I expect. Generally I like to get away from the computer when playing games as much as possible. I'm a :tech guy and I have to deal with them enough in my work day. To have an electric ...

Re: Playtesting First Solo Campaign
For me it's about 99.9% of my play. So yea, the solo aspect needs some serious attention from my point of view.

Re: Play Mats for new Ships?
I've used Inked Gaming for several things and they have always been top notch. I even had them make custom bags for my Traveller Game mats.

Play Mats for new Ships?
Any chance for play mats for the new ? You could put them up on Inked Gaming for Print On Demand.

Re: Gazelle
Yes it does! Why I didn't look at that before is a mystery to me. Thanks for the tip! I'll add those in next time.Iron Giant wrote: ↑Tue May 19, 2020 12:23 amThe Type HT Bounty Hunter ship deck also has the same native abilities and 4 additional cards, which I found useful in my Gazelle deck as well.

Re: Capacity Tokens
There was a point in development when we discussed whether to complete the cycle or not. We decided that we were satisfied with the current complement of advanced capability tokens. As Jeff said, there may be a reason to add the others later, but it is interesting. On a related note, :military cont...

Re: Virtual Traveller CCG
I've been thinking about trying to come up with a way to play via WebEx, Zoom, Skype or like. The game would be different for sure since moving cards from one player to another would be difficult/impossible, like adding a :complication to the other players :contract . Maybe just don't do that. You c...

Re: Multiple Captains Resolving same Contract
This explanation with the examples is fantastic. Only playing solo so much of the time, I really had no idea how this would work. This should be in the rule book. I've printed it off to keep handy as a reference.

Re: Capacity Tokens
We definitely didn't start with any grand plan when we planned out the capabilities that exist. It was more about the kinds of ships we were making at the time. Future capability types are definitely possible, but I think we'd have to see clearly what we want to achieve with them. :passengermilitar...
