Re: How are Event cards played?
:event are held in hand until you wish to play them, at which point they enter play, generate their effect, and leave play. Because they do not persist in the field of play, they are "transient" cards. :heroics are the other kind of transient card in the game. However, not the contrast in that :hero...

Re: How are Event cards played?
Hey nukesnipe, welcome to the forums! Thanks for your question. It says in a few places in the rulebook, and most explicitly on page 32 that :event are always played as :reaction unless otherwise indicated. The timing section, pages 23-25, governs when abilities and effects may be played. On page 25...

Re: The Tigress’s Wake
You can submit events using our event submission form. Once approved, the event will show up on our Event Calendar.
Right now we don't actually have tournament packs to give out, but when that changes we'll let you know.

Re: Online Play Session
Sounds interesting!
I'm actually traveling for my sister's birthday that weekend, but it still may be possible to scrape a computer and webcam together.
Have you done this before with other card games? If so, how well does the webcam allow players to identify cards?

Re: The Tigress’s Wake
The Tigress's Wake and First Empire Star Jumper were cards we made for Marc Miller, when he ran a promotion to publicize the Kickstarter. We weren't involved in the distribution of the cards from Marc. It was originally our intention (and it remains so) to use Tigress's Wake, First Empire Star Jumpe...

Re: Any plans for a Tabletop Simulator or VASSAL Module?
Yeah, I mean, we definitely don't want to make ourselves obsolete either, so if it comes to providing files for Vassal, we'll be sure to add something to them.

Re: Supplemental Deck Unique Cards Downloads
Well, there were two copies of each of the new cards in the Supplemental Deck... Which deck is the supplemental one? The Starter Set contained a 60 card Supplemental Deck and the Collector's Edition a 90 card Supplemental Deck. The Supplemental Decks are just extra copies of cards already present i...

Re: Jeeves
Yes. In fact, it would count even if you spent it for the :cargo. The rulebook on page 28 states: "Unless otherwise specified, advanced capabilities count, for all purposes, as both of the basic capabilities that make up its components. Thus, a :passengermilitary counts as both a :military and a :pa...
