Overpowered or Underpowered Cards

While we are looking at wording and rules cleanup this month, we can also use any feedback on cards that are underpowered or overpowered in your experiences.
In particular, if the power level of the card makes the game less fun because of it, that's helpful to know. While unlikely to come up that often with underpowered cards, maybe some card is really liked for aesthetic reasons but disappoints mechanically. Or, maybe keep considering some card but always cut it from decks because it's just not good enough.
Not going to promise a change, but this is when we want to review what already exists as part of trying to keep moving forward.
