Re: Ready vs Exert vs Exerted Clarification
Thanks, okay - I'll look again at page 25. It makes sense to have a way to show that a card has been "exerted" during a turn. Do they all reset at the end/start of a turn? (I believe I read that somewhere as part of the last phase of a round. I don't have my rulebook in front of me right now.) I su...

Re: Future ships?
Outside of promotional situations (like the Kickstarter Variant Art Broadsword), we don't intend to release ships on their own for the foreseeable future. In fact, we use ship decks as a primary means of expanding the card pool for both the Captain's and Adventure decks. This sometimes leads to curi...

Re: First Game - Solo - Beowulf
While playing Solo using the Beowulf, I noticed that a lot of abilities and cards were of 0 value to me as the function of the card. The expense value on the cards however, really created a nice place where I was not up set about losing a card that furthered my mission. Also there are numerous inte...

Re: Ready vs Exert vs Exerted Clarification
Only cards currently in play may be :ready or :exert , and only a ready card may :exert while only an exerted card may :ready . This is important to understand so you don't attempt to :exert a card that's already exerted. In essence, it's a limit on the number of times you can use an ability that r...

Re: Favorite Traveller RPG Version?
I've only ever played CT, but that was back in the 80s and 90s. I ordered the Mongoose Starter Set over the weekend and hope to introduce my adult kids and their friends to the Traveller universe through it in the coming weeks. I really feel MgT is a good compromise between being simple, and yet ha...

Because, man, I would love to "thumbs up!" the reply about looking after the backers before starting other shipments. Way to look after those that got you going.

Re: External Awards Medals
Rated an 8 on bgg (hey, I've only read the rules, wait until I start playing, it'll go up!) , and subscribed to youtube for videos. I'm GerryRailBaron on bgg, btw. First time user, signing up, I was going to be "Rail Baron Gerry", but got my name and game mixed up. sigh. Slight fix here on TCCG. Ge...

Re: Lt. Cmdr Sir Sandar van Othlezee Replenish?
We don't think it's worth issuing an errata on the errata for this, people can just play Sandar as written until they get the reprints.
