So, when you talk about "what ship next" are you thinking "just the ship card" or an entire starter deck ala Far Trader and Subsidized Merchant, with an enough of the other cards to support that ship and its adventure?

+1 on gag Tigress with 1000 :combat :military

That all said, a big add on would be all the ship's craft from 10 to 90 tons as :upgrade . Might call for a new type to implement, otherwise make them :hull (separate hull though).

I would love to see some new craft; however, it is a little early. As a personal note, I am expecting to see something like 1 new craft every month on average with them being released in clumps. I really would want to see FULL Adventure and Captain's decks for each ship. The Broadsword was released as a Promo card in the Kickstarter, but with such a limited card pool currently, it is difficult to judge how popular a ship only release is going to be. Also, due to the limited card pool, we absolutely need more Adventure cards.

Take this example, Trouble on the Mains adds some much needed Pirate Support to the game. What does a Piracy deck look like right now? How many adventure cards are combat based or involve combat complications that you can immediately use in the deck? What is your play style? What adventure cards are you going to place in the deck? Since you are not going to worry yourself with completing missions, do you load up on missions with a low victory reward, ensuring that some of these are going to make it onto the table? Do you pick only based on the complications and or obscurity of being able to resolve them? I just do not think the card pool is large enough yet. Best way to increase that card pool is Starter Ship Decks and "Theme" Packs. And while I really liked the content of Aliens of the Imperium and Trouble on the Mains, NEITHER had the at least 2 Adventure Cards we need to generate a healthy pool.

And look in the future for a first pass at a Piracy deck given the current swath of cards. And I am working on a deck builder site to make this easier to flush out.

Outside of promotional situations (like the Kickstarter Variant Art Broadsword), we don't intend to release ships on their own for the foreseeable future.

In fact, we use ship decks as a primary means of expanding the card pool for both the Captain's and Adventure decks. This sometimes leads to curious results, like cards with abilities that lack direct synergy with the rest of the deck.

Well I voted for "Other". The ship I would love to see is a Gazelle class Close Escort (or maybe a Fiery). Would be great for military :military and anti-piracy game play. I suppose that a Patrol Cruiser would do as well, but I have just always been partial to the Gazelles.

As a further idea, a pair of opposed ship decks might be an interesting way to market future expansions. Say a Corsair deck to further enhance piracy and military play vs a Gazelle/Fiery/Patrol Cruiser for anti-piracy and military action. Just a thought.

Somewhere down the road I would love to see the Kinunir appear as a promotional ship / card. (Can you tell that I like military ships)? The Leviathan would also be a good choice, and more in keeping with the trading/piracy style of play. They are too big for regular decks of course but both ships are venerable parts of Traveller canon and deserve some love imho.

The Hammerhead Scout! A TL9 scout ship with no gravity plates that had to extend it's 9DT sockets and spin them to generate artificial gravity.

Just kidding. But I did start creating a 3D image of it, only getting so far before I... - SQUIRREL!!!
